Early Morning

Salad of raw
vegetables such as carrot, cucumber, cabbage,
tomatoes, fruits and boiled vegetables as starter.

Wheat chapatis/rice.

Whole grain
vegetables like, daal, peas, lightly cooked
vegetables, green coriander leaves.

Skim yogurt.

Mid afternoon
A glass of carrot,
orange, pineapple/ mix juice or tea/ milk made with
natural preparation to cure any ailment. Some
fruits.
  
Dinner
-
A vegetable soup
as starter.
-
Wheat chapatis/rice.
-
Whole grain
vegetables and lightly cooked green vegetables.

Fruit salad,
cabbage, carrot.
-
Skimmed yogurt,
if needed.
 
Choose the Type of Food:

Eat skin
nourishing nourishing foods. Leafy green
vegetables contain vitamins, minerals and are high
in antioxidant properties.

Fruits like
orange, grapes, melons, pears, plums and stewed
apples at are excellent for the skin. They can be
eaten any time. But do not overeat.

Avoid packaged,
canned, frozen, processed foods and leftovers.
Prefer frehly prepared food.

Use spices like
turmeric, coriander, cumin and black pepper to
improve digestion, nourish the skin.

Oils like ghee
(clarified butter) and organic, extra virgin olive
oil should be included in the diet as they
lubricate, nourish and create lustre in the skin.

fresh milk but should not drink sweetened milk.

carbohydrate such as pumpkins, carrot, and peanut.

Fruit. sugar in fruit upon to what kind of fruit,
should not eat sweet fruit.

Grain diabetes can eat grain every day but how
many to eat depend on how many activity, unpolished
rice is good for diabetes because it has high fiber
and vitamins.

Meat. diabetes should
eat meat adequate to needed or about 100 gram per
meal, should not eat meat with fat or entrails.

Egg. useful food for diabetes should eat 3-4 eggs
per week.

Artificial sweetener. no forbid for diabetes but
should not eat much.

Fiber. diabetes should eat fiber because it
reduce lipid and sugar in blood.
Diabetes can eat this
as they want: salt, sauce, vinegar, mustard, lemon,
pepper, coffee or tea without sugar, herb and spice.
